The PALFINGER IMPACT app enables smooth cooperation between truck drivers, service managers and fleet managers. The IMPACT app creates a completely new communication channel to quickly and easily master the everyday challenges of logistics.
Truck owners simply have a corresponding receiver retrofitted to the tail lift and can then connect their mobile phone to the tail lift control via Bluetooth.
In the case of a service need, a message from the tail lift is transmitted to the app, which provides detailed information for the service engineer. This allows the service technician to prepare the case optimally and process it quickly ensuring that the tail lift is ready for use again in the shortest possible time.
In the IMPACT app, the truck driver can find help videos to solve minor problems by himself. If necessary, the driver can search for the nearest service partner. There is also the facility to carry out an emergency operation to close the tail lift and find the nearest service workshop.
The IMPACT app is available in 10 languages and can be installed directly without a time-consuming registration process.
